Morning Matcha!

Do you have a morning routine? It's honestly one of the highlights of my day and when it goes awry, my day seems entirely off. Here's how it goes: 5:00-5:30am my alarm goes off. Let's be clear, this is weekdays only, weekends are for sleeping in! Or as much as one can with two kids and a dog. I get up, leaving the lights out for other sleeping human in the same room, put my workout clothes on that I've left out on my dresser (not having to pick out clothes is one less deterrent from hitting the snooze button!) and I go downstairs and drink my pre-workout supplement.
