Monthly Challenge Groups

I offer a number of challenge group options to fit your nutrition and fitness goals and needs. Wondering how it all works? Let me explain. My monthly challenge groups take place in a private Challenge Tracker App you can access simply from your phone. Challengers can all get to know each other and provide support and accountability in helping each other reach their health and fitness goals. Each day my group of coaches and I share a daily motivational post that includes tips, tricks and meal planning advice to answer your questions and help you develop long-lasting healthy habits for life.

The groups are private so the only other people that see your posts are those in the group. Being a part of the group is an integral component to your success and allows you to be a part of a community that will support you on your journey, inspire you daily and encourage you to show up to commit to the intentions you set for yourself. I will also be able to keep tabs on your weekly progress to see where you need to make adjustments and offer advice on how to navigate and reach your goals.

I like to keep ingredients and recipes real and easy and I love to leave room for dessert! I offer real food options for the modern family. Teaching people to listen to their bodies and give themselves what they need is my goal as a coach.
