Being healthy doesn’t have to be complicated

I like what I like, plain and simple. I’m not a label nazi by any means but good food, REAL, tasty, worth-it food doesn’t need a lot of junk put in it to taste good. Have you ever stopped to read a label and just think, does this ingredient need to be in here to taste good? Or what the heck IS that?! When I find something I love, I can’t wait to share it with others and here you will find a list and links for some of my favorite things. From pantry items to kitchen tools to things I love to wear, the ONLY things on this list are things I have used, items I trust and things I can get behind from personal use. If you are anything like me, I love a good reco on a tasty treat or a cozy sweatshirt I just can’t take off!
