Simple is better

Eating healthy, nourishing food doesn’t have to be complicated, it doesn’t have to be restrictive, it doesn’t have to be expensive and it doesn’t have to be boring. You don’t have to sacrifice fun and flavor to be healthy and I truly believe that you are your healthiest and happiest when you are in tune with how food makes you feel. My challenge groups, healthy, simple recipes, meal planning tips, and motivation will help you find that happy balance!

I'm a food-lover and wellness fanatic and I strongly believe you are what you continually do, especially when it comes to what you eat and how you take care of yourself inside and out. My goal as a health coach is to show you how making simple, mindful changes can give you a happier, healthier life!

As a coach, I provide support, motivation and encouragement to my clients on a daily basis to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. I provide feedback on their struggles and workout options. I help individuals fuel their body with foods and recipes that keep them energized, strong and able to complete their daily activities.

HEALTHY RECIPES

I like to keep ingredients and recipes real and easy and I love to leave room for dessert! I offer real food options for the modern family. I love teaching people to listen to their bodies and what they need. Labeling yourself as Paleo or Vegan or Keto isn’t necessary. You just need to learn how to have a healthy approach to food. Food isn’t “good” or “bad”, it just has to be made with real ingredients.

BECOME A COACH

For the first time in my life I am actually passionate about what I do everyday! I wake up excited to get to work! I am my own boss, I call the shots, I decide which direction this business is going, I am challenged daily, and I’ve built a team I am proud of. I make my own hours, I take vacation days when I want, I’m home with my kids and I’ve been able to build a significant income all from my kitchen table.
