Creamy Garlic Dressing


I can’t believe I’m still eating recipes from the Ultimate Reset but seriously, there are some good ones in there — like this Creamy Garlic Dressing! This is forevermore a household staple. I’m putting it on my blog so that I will NEVER forget it!

Creamy Garlic Dressing

Makes 10 servings, about 2 Tbsp each

Ingredients: 1/2 cup evoo 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (I use Fire Cider) 3 cloves garlic 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 Tbsp fresh parsley 1 tsp Himalayan salt 1/2 tsp dijon mustard 1 Tbsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup) * I actually skip the honey since I prefer less sweet.

Put it all in a blender and voilà!
